Almost a year ago, Rachel joined our team as the Wound Treatment Nurse at Liberty Health Care Center. Rachel started her career as an RN 25 years ago and has worked in a variety of settings from the hospital ICU, to home health, and is now making her mark in long-term care. Her broad range of nursing experiences made for the perfect Wound Treatment Nurse candidate. Rachel’s greatest enjoyment as a nurse comes from watching the positive progress of her residents. Healing wounds and maintaining great skin condition keep our residents healthy!
