Rachel has been with Liberty Health Care Center since 2016 starting in our CNA program. After completing the CNA program and obtaining her state certificate, Rachel worked for LHCC as a dedicated CNA before returning to school to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Rachel completed the LVN program at Lee College in 2019 before promptly returning to Liberty Health Care Center to work as a charge nurse. Her dedication to the facility, the staff and the residents led her to be promoted to her current position as Assistant Director of Nursing.
